April Ravine: The Video Game is a 2016 video game. The game features two modes - story mode, which is based on the April Ravine movie, and freeplay mode which features open-ended gameplay somewhat similar to The Sims.

In the console versions, story mode uses direct control using the analog stick on the controller, but the PC version uses point & click movement. The freeplay mode uses point & click movement on all platforms except for the Wii U version, however. As of update 0.17, there is an option to decide whether to use point & click movement or direct control.

It was released on June 6, 2016 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and PC, June 14, 2016 for Wii U and June 26, 2016 for Mac.

A laptop-friendly version of the game was released on July 3, 2016.

The game is rated T (ESRB) and 15 (PEGI).

A "booster pack", named April Ravine: The Video Game - Everyday & Performer Life was released on June 30, 2016.

Some features were carried over from earlier Peppa Pig video games - for example, video mode is taken from School Bus Trip.

Interacting with NPCs such as pickabub Pig outside of specific ways can cause game corruption.

Changing Peppa Pig's age to a child in the character files will corrupt the game.(PC version only)

Controlling toddlers such as Edmond Elephant and Sally Sheep via the hidden Control Anyone reward before they age into children will corrupt the game, because story mode toddlers were not coded to be playable.
