Peppa: Mummy? Are you pregnant?
Mummy Pig: Yes. I've got twins.
Peppa: Ooh, twins! (giggles)
George: (snorts) Mummy got baby! (pushes Mummy Pig's stomach)
Mummy Pig: No, George! Don't push my stomach!
Peppa: George! Don't even think about it!
George: Oh. Sorry, big sister. (sighs)
Daddy Pig: Mummy Pig, are you all right? I'll take you to the hospital.
Mummy Pig: Okay, Daddy Pig... (sighs)
Daddy Pig: Dr. Brown Bear, is she okay?
Dr. Brown Bear: Yes, Mr. Pig. All right, Mrs. Pig. Push! Have we got a good reading on the EFM?
Mummy Pig: (shrieking) AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!
(at the sequence...)
Peppa: (floating in mid-air) Mummy is pregnant! Help!
George: (giggles) Big sister funny! Whoo-hoo!
Peppa: Clickity-clackity-crunch! The mouse is starved for lunch. A slice of cheddar will make it feel better... Clickity-clackity... MUNCH-MUNCH-MUNCH! (chews on some cheese) Mmmmm! That cheese was so delicious! Yum!
Dr. Brown Bear: Well, Mrs. Pig... The twins are out of your stomach. Are they boys or girls?
Daddy Pig: They're a boy and girl. Twins!
Mummy Pig: They're twins, Daddy Pig. How about we name them Selmo and Jase?
Daddy Pig: Selmo Pig and Jase Pig.
Dr. Brown Bear: (writing on the notebook) Selmo Pig and Jase Pig.
Mummy Pig: They're great names.
(later, at Peppa's house...)
Mummy Pig: Selmo and Jase , these are Peppa and George. Peppa and George, meet Selmo and Jase.
Peppa: (gasps) Twins... wow! They're adorable Hi Baby Jase, you're a girl [snorts twice]
George: Yay, twins! (giggles) aww they're so cute big sister
Mummy Pig: See? They all four already love each other.
Selmo: Yeh. Gu-goo-goo.
Daddy Pig: Selmo and Jase are exactly twins, and Peppa and George's new baby twin brother and sister.
Peppa: Wow. They're twin pig babies, huh, Mummy?
Mummy Pig: Yes, Peppa.
Selmo and Jase: Puddle (they both see a puddle outside)
Peppa: Errmm, OK
Mummy Pig: See, Peppa? The twins said their first word.
Peppa: (gasps) First word?!
George: And that was Alexander's first word too!
Daddy Pig: But the babies can't jump in puddles. We'll be right back.
Peppa: (giggles) Good-bye!

The part when Dr. brown Bear says "Have we've got a good reading of the EFM?" Is the same quote of what "Dr Lucy" said in The Rugrats Movie.
